Cons
Originally scheduled for around three o’clock, I arrived early and ended up having to fill out a bunch of very boring information, e.g., basic information, an aptitude test, logic questions, and English translation.
The most ridiculous thing was being asked to fill out an interview record form. It contained a bunch of ridiculous questions such as: What work experience have you had? What positions did you hold? How did you feel about them? What did you like most about your coworkers? There were 11 major questions in total, each with another 2–3 questions. It was an interview, so why did everything have to be done in writing? The point is, after I finished writing, more than an hour had already passed!! And I had already filled it out carelessly. Afterward, the lady gave me a magazine to read and told me to wait. I waited for about 10–15 minutes, but she still didn’t show up!!! This company has absolutely no respect for job applicants—how good could a company like this be?? Later, I left without even having the interview. Think twice before going for an interview.
