Pros
Unlimited overtime for full-time employees; part-time workers receive no good benefits
People are interviewed every day, and people resign every day
Cons
Poor work atmosphere
Low pay, with arbitrary deductions
Lots of miscellaneous tasks and all kinds of overtime
The company does not even provide toilet paper in the restroom
