I’m a junior member of the art team. After reading the negative reviews from the previous reviewers, I was also very uneasy when I first joined the company. However, for some reason, I’ve now been here for two months and haven’t experienced the turmoil and instability described by the earlier reviewers in my own work.
1. The supervisor is easy to communicate with and get along with.
2. The company provides benefits straightforwardly and doesn’t make things difficult for employees.
3. When your work skills aren’t quite up to par, the supervisor also teaches you seriously and helps you improve.
4. There are lots of snacks.
5. The 101 work environment is spacious and excellent, and the restrooms are very clean—perfect for sitting down and taking a relaxing dump.
5. The colleagues are also easy to get along with.
It’s easy to gain weight, but there’s a monthly exercise allowance, so all the overweight folks can encourage one another.
