異軍互動娛樂股份有限公司
Pros
The salary is higher than in other industries, but there are actually hidden catches.
Cons
The boss keeps bringing in friends and relatives who form a one-party echo chamber.
The head of operations is weak and spineless, afraid to stand up to the boss and only ever says yes, yes, yes.
The boss runs the company with a mainland Chinese mindset, imagining everything to be wonderful and making employees keep doing things that are completely unhelpful.
