I strongly recommend that everyone stay away!

The manager was unbelievably arrogant—extremely arrogant—and incredibly disrespectful to the interviewee. Within less than five minutes of this manager opening their mouth, you’ll want to leave!

It wasn’t just treating me like the second party; I felt they were practically speaking to me through their nostrils. Their looks, tone, and attitude were full of contempt toward anyone below the manager level, and I couldn’t help rolling my eyes during the interview~

I genuinely couldn’t understand where this uncle got his confidence. This manager was not worthy of anyone’s respect! They had neither basic manners nor respect, acting as though this were the only job left in the entire world, as if the job were something incredibly prestigious.

By the way! Throughout the interview, they also kept making various comments showing their contempt for the teachers and for people doing administrative, back-office, and entry-level work~

I really don’t know what the colleagues at this cram school are like... Well, I admire them!
