Pros
Regular SPA voucher distribution
Cons
A very poor work experience; even after work and during holidays, you still have to receive LINE messages from your supervisor.
The monthly meetings held each month are really somewhat meaningless.
Relationships with colleagues are also very strange; the senior employees have a very arrogant attitude.
