和椿科技股份有限公司
Pros

Although I was only there for two months, I can still say that there were quite a lot of things to learn. Some of the more senior colleagues were also willing to teach (though they would not proactively check in, so you might have to ask them yourself), and the colleagues were generally nice.

Actually, because I really disliked writing C++, and it was a matter of personal interest, I still decided to leave.

Cons

The company is overly concerned about code being stolen and has introduced a bunch of cumbersome online approval processes for transferring programs. This only guards against honest people, not bad actors; it does not actually prevent theft, but instead greatly reduces the work efficiency of the honest employees. At my current company, the amount of code I can write and test in a day is more than ten times what I could do at Hetun! I am not exaggerating—the many strange policies at Hetun Technology really delay work efficiency.
