2. The interviewers won't tell you the detailed job responsibilities. In reality, you have to do reputation-building and hype-related work.
If you're not comfortable with that or don't like it, don't bother coming to the interview.
3. The workload is very heavy.
4. There is no overtime pay.
5. There is no comprehensive employee training. On my first day, no one paid any attention to me; they just handed me a few articles written previously and told me to read them. After I read them, they told me to start writing. I was completely dumbfounded.
