The colleagues are nice, and you can operate the camera yourself.
The boss basically does not respect employees and often messes things up, then makes employees clean up afterward.
The boss loses their temper for no reason. When you get scolded, it is usually not because of anything you did; the boss simply wants to vent. It is like being in the military: when the squad leader really wants to vent, no one can stop them.
During on-site shoots, the boss likes to scold employees in front of clients, even though the problems are not the employees’ fault. The boss is more often the source of the problem.
By no means should you place too much faith in the boss’s technical skills, because they cannot even get the focus right during interviews.
You should think carefully about why you want to come here. Once you have learned your way around the camera, you can leave.
The work environment is definitely very uncomfortable. In three years, 30 employees have resigned; eight out of ten of them probably could not stand the boss’s personality, which is too much like a gangster’s.
