The colleagues get along fairly well.
1. This is a government employment empowerment program, and it expires in August. This is not mentioned during the interview; only after you are accepted will they tell you to apply at an employment service station. Then you have to go for a second interview, where they still do not explain everything clearly.
2. This is a government-subsidized “hourly wage job”: you get paid when you work, and you do not get paid when you do not work.
3. Although it says there are two days off per week, in reality you can only schedule days off, and public holidays are not included.
4. The position and job duties described in the interview differ greatly from what you actually do after starting work.
5. All the information mentioned above is concealed. They only tell you part of the story, and do not disclose everything until you start work, which makes you feel deceived.
