As far as I know, all talent agencies in Taipei charge fees, because preparatory work and self-promotion require considerable costs. Only by covering these costs can one access job opportunities through the agency’s platform. As for performance, everyone has different characteristics, so before making a decision, one should first conduct a self-assessment rather than signing a contract and only later discovering that it is unsuitable, then blaming everyone and everything and making a bunch of excuses.
