Pros
They mentioned that they wouldn’t block overtime pay.
There’s no need to work overtime, and they won’t put on airs and expect you to stay until late.
Cons
With a master’s degree and over two years of experience, you still have to negotiate to get 40k, and they won’t notify you if you’re not hired.
How can a startup company be this rude?
