Total responsibility system
Getting off work at eight is considered early
If you want to take an creative approach or innovate, don’t come
Everything is judged subjectively by the boss
There is no room for communication or discussion
On top of that, the boss has a bad temper and is easily irritated
No one dares to discuss anything
As long as it doesn’t comply with the boss’s wishes, just do as you’re told. It’s best not to talk back
