The air conditioning is very cold.
1. The company can't figure out whether it is a game company, a platform company, or a comics company.
2. The boss has a very strong mainland Chinese mindset, but refuses to acknowledge the differences between mainland China and Taiwan.
3. The boss wants to make things big, but can't come up with anything constructive. Their wild ideas make it impossible for those below them to get things done.
4. The boss likes to ask about work on holidays and also likes to suddenly assign you tasks right when work hours are over.
5. The boss micromanages everything, nitpicks every word, and has absolutely no trust in subordinates (unless they are part of the boss's own team).
6. At first, they paint an overly rosy picture and make you feel that the company has limitless potential, but there are countless pitfalls inside.
You must be someone who can do marketing, manage ads, handle social media, negotiate cross-industry collaborations, write articles, has extensive media contacts, preferably understands a bit of programming, and also knows something about art. If you also don't mind the boss constantly making bad decisions and then blaming you whenever things fail, this place is perfect for you, because they really do need someone with all these skills.
