The work atmosphere is good, and the colleagues are all very young.

The salary is unbelievably low. I interviewed for other positions with similar job responsibilities, and the salaries elsewhere were much better than this. I initially joined with the intention of building up my résumé, and they said a raise after one year was guaranteed, but that turned out to be an empty promise too. Apart from building up my résumé, I can’t find any reason to want to stay.
