There are two units: the Taipei office and the Hualien office.
Junyi Engineering, Junqi Technology, and Youchang Electrical Shop are all owned by the same boss.
The boss does not often come to the Taipei office, so you will not frequently see him in person.
1. No principles. Decisions are based entirely on whether the boss is in a good mood.
2. Low pay, and salaries are calculated inconsistently. The boss and the boss's wife are not on the same page. If they disagree about an employee's pay, the boss will only give you the difference in cash (but the payslip will not be changed).
3. Completely disregards the Labor Standards Act. Last year, the boss's wife announced that all annual leave would be canceled. (Although I was ultimately still able to take annual leave, the boss called me in for a talk, essentially telling me not to be too particular with the company.)
4. The boss and some male employees make sexually suggestive jokes, constituting sexual harassment.
