Eight days off per month, with 40 minutes for meals. Even when you request leave according to the rules, you will be told to pay attention to your attendance. It is a difficult and demanding work environment with only long-term employees; newcomers never last. There is no chance to catch your breath, and the overall work atmosphere is poor!
