There’s nothing enjoyable about it: a family-run business, an outsider pig of a manager, an assistant manager who doesn’t do anything, and a bunch of junior supervisors who lack ability but pretend to be experts.
Fuck, this year the boss of the company’s maintenance department took 4.5 million and gave us our year-end bonuses. The two senior managers each took over 1.5 million for themselves. FMD, the people at the very bottom do all the work. When the junior supervisors can’t handle something, we’re the ones who do it again. Yet after working all year, the work bonus was only 50,000. The year-end bonus was supposedly 200,000, but when everything was added up, it was only 120,000. There’s no money, and FMD, they still have to paint people a rosy picture and expect them to swallow it, as if everyone else were three-year-old children.
How can you not know that a subordinate in your own unit was promoted to deputy director when you’re the manager? You might as well be nothing more than a useless pig who only knows how to go to hostess clubs and fondle breasts! Fuck.
