A terrible job with only six days off per month and a base salary of 22K. You can only trade your life for a paycheck. The disgusting “customer first” policy is basically: as long as the company makes money, who cares how exhausted the employees are? This is how people are driven away. Even when they are short-staffed, they will not hire anyone to solve the problem; they only demand that employees work more and take more shifts. They treat employees like servants. The knives are clearly made on Taiwan proper, yet they falsely claim they are genuine Kinmen artillery-shell knives. They clearly use Japanese steel, yet insist on selling them at prices more than double what they should be.
