There is overtime pay, a meal allowance, labor and health insurance, etc. Overseas trips are also provided (after completing the three-month probationary period). You are allowed to be late by half an hour once a month without a deduction; after half an hour, $5 is deducted for every minute.
During busy months, they will not fire you, but when things are not busy, they may feel that they do not need you and fire people immediately. It feels like you are discarded once they have used you. I have seen and heard of many people being fired for this reason. They will tell you to do things according to their ideas, and the office atmosphere is very tense. Basically, you cannot chat; if you do, you will be questioned. There are many miscellaneous tasks, and sometimes you may wonder whether you applied for the wrong position. At the beginning of the interview, they said that no one would alter the designs you created, but in reality, when things are busy, the boss’s wife will ask someone else to modify your work. The overtime pay is the same as mentioned above: you must work more than half an hour past the end of your shift for it to count as overtime.
