Pros
The parking lot has a rain shelter
Colleagues are easy to get along with
(Work experience in 2011)
Cons
Salary is at the basic minimum-wage level
Lunch is at your own expense
Frequent overtime
Days off are scheduled around the Lunar New Year (standard practice in the online logistics industry)
The factory building is old
The year-end banquet is stingy with compensation
If you work on Sundays and there is no work, they will ask you to leave early (How are working hours and leave hours calculated?)
