I applied for the position of monthly magazine editor. The supervisor was very serious and respectful toward the interviewee, and the company environment was excellent. The interview lasted approximately an hour and a half (one-on-one). The supervisor thoroughly introduced the company’s history, mission, performance evaluation system, and other necessary information. The interview covered many international current affairs and political news topics, and I was asked for my opinions during the process. There may be a written test (although I did not have one that day). I recommend that applicants prepare extensively for international issues, especially cross-strait relations.
