1. The benefits are excellent, with bonuses paid every month and a guaranteed annual salary equivalent to 16 months (under the newly announced policy)
2. My colleagues are all highly capable, and the R&D efficiency is very good
3. The office environment is extremely spacious and comfortable
4. A daily meal allowance of NT$150, so you don't have to worry about food being expensive here
5. Regarding the concerns mentioned in the previous comments, the new management team has done its best to handle them properly since taking over. Everyone is currently very enthusiastic about doing a good job, making work really enjoyable
1. I've only been here for three months, and honestly, there isn't really anything in particular that I'm dissatisfied with yet.
