Employee trips and gatherings are pretty good
There are too many to count....
The boss and the boss’s wife have very volatile tempers and start yelling at people at the slightest thing... especially the boss’s wife = =
The company doesn’t just sell high-end furniture; it also has another special line of business.
The job requires answering phone calls, but every time I answer one, it’s extremely stressful because after you finish the call, those two will start harshly berating you about what was wrong and what you said incorrectly. You have to read from the company’s SOP script exactly as written.
You can’t argue back or have your own ideas; everything revolves around what the bosses want.
Even when it’s time to leave, you still can’t go because they’ll think you don’t have enough work to do and will assign you more work the next day.
You have to keep checking the company’s LINE from time to time. If you miss something, you’ll get yelled at again.
Working there is extremely stressful and frightening....
