One month’s year-end bonus (paid the day before New Year’s Eve)
Free, bad-tasting coffee (at least it’s free)
Free, bad-tasting afternoon tea (you have to compete for it)
20 minutes of flexible working hours
The company proudly celebrated earning 300 million last year, but the year-end bonus was only one month, and the raise was a meager 3–4%, not enough to satisfy anyone. The profits went straight into the boss’s pocket. There is no overtime pay, no substantial benefits, and no subsidies of any kind (for education, learning, training, or further study). There is little room for advancement. If you want to demonstrate your abilities and become a core team member, don’t come here. Regarding the meal allowance mentioned on the 104 website, please note: it is already included in your monthly salary. No matter what salary you negotiate, the meal allowance is included. Regarding the parking spaces mentioned on 104: only senior executives and managers have access to them; everyone else has to fend for themselves. The company is developing rapidly, employee benefits are shrinking rapidly, and the boss is enjoying himself.
