Flexible lunch break
The boss has a very poor temperament. As long as you say something he doesn’t want to hear, he will immediately interrupt you and start losing his temper and berating you. It is basically impossible to communicate with him. Very few employees stay with the company for more than six months, and at one point an entire department resigned at the same time. The boss wants to control every miscellaneous matter, but when there is actually a problem that requires his attention, he says: “Why does everything have to come to me? You should figure out how to handle it yourself!!”
He does not win people’s hearts, yet he demands that everyone in the company be united all day long, without realizing that the biggest reason they cannot unite is the boss himself.
