It's somewhat interesting

Interviewed a few months ago

During the interview with the boss, I felt that he was easily distracted and did not seem to care much about the fact that he was "in an interview." He spoke in a disorganized manner, rambling about various things, and might only start getting to the point when the interview was about to end. He also did not manage the interview time well (it went on too long).
