Having good colleagues and a good store manager makes work very enjoyable.
1. You must be good at upselling and selling private-label products; if your performance is poor, you will be reprimanded.
2. Why do we need a shift like the L shift? We already work overtime whenever there is something to do, and now they have created another shift specifically for overtime.
3. Customers complain every time that there are too many receipts. On top of that, after so many receipts are printed, we have to help tear up the ones customers do not want—such a waste of resources.
4. There are too many promotions each week, and many customers may not remember them all, so having to explain everything to customers every time is quite troublesome.
5. Some colleagues are very good at delaying the end of the shift. I have been kept until after midnight or even 1 a.m. before.
