Enjoyable relationships with colleagues
1. The boss is a typical boss who likes to occupy employees’ personal time and pressure company staff to exercise (for example, on statutory days off—regardless of what you want to do, you’re expected to give that time to the company).
2. The company has a high turnover rate.
3. The boss runs a one-person show and periodically comes up with all kinds of inexplicable, terrible policies.
4. The boss’s confidant, Alan, is a redundant employee with no work ability who likes to shirk and procrastinate, but is a “manager” favored by the boss. In other words, if you have to work with him, rely on yourself and stay strong. The other female manager, Tina, is highly capable, responsible, and a very nice person.
5. There are violations of the Labor Standards Act, but for some reason the data from the “Tianyan Tong” system cannot be accessed.
6. The boss is very emotional and comes from a sales background, so he talks a lot of nonsense about ideals and dreams, but cannot offer any tangible benefits.
