Pros
Salary and overtime pay are paid in full.
When overtime is required, the boss also provides lots of snacks.
The boss takes pretty good care of the employees.
Cons
The sheet-metal warehouse was very hot before I left, but the boss later installed many large fans and takes great care of the employees.
