The colleagues are actually all full of complaints. Everyone sticks together, and the only people who stay are those without professional skills—I’m being very blunt about it.
At the time, what I encountered was a supervisor born in 1971, a very fake Gemini midget,
who would make you mistakenly think that he respected you.
But once you went in, he would still manage you like an ordinary production worker. Damn it!
Even if the progress was on schedule, as long as he felt that you had shown him any disrespect, he would demand that you work overtime on holidays!
He would make underhanded moves against you behind your back.
His boss held meetings during working hours—everyone would start meetings at the end of the workday.
That midget would say two-faced things.
Basically, he would deceive those above him and bully those below him. Moreover, that midget would sexually harass female employees.
A deadbeat midget who smoked, chewed betel nut, and played on his phone. Supposedly, he came from running a street stall, so he just deceives people!
There are many awful companies in Taichung. I give this one a full five stars for awfulness.
