If the interview is with the boss, they may only be willing to pay attention to you when they have time. During the interview, you are given a test; after completing it, you are simply sent home. This aspect may need improvement. When notifying applicants about the interview, saying over the phone that GitHub is not allowed is actually rather impolite to those who use GitHub. This is my view.
