Men get substantial salary increases
Lots of leave
If you urgently request leave, they will let you take it
Cons
No year-end party, lucky draw, or employee outings
Some positions have weekends off
Some positions have rotating days off
Supervisors will nitpick at your work
They keep an eye on productivity from time to time, and the pressure is very high
Supervisors play games and engage in internal power struggles and conflicts
One person is made to do the work of several
It’s exhausting... because I’ve been through it
