The boss often organizes dinners at irregular intervals, and most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
The workload is not very heavy, so there is some free time to do your own things.
Because the boss enjoys traveling, there is at least one company trip a year.
The boss is emotional, has a poor memory, and is highly suspicious. The key is not how well you do the work, but how well you handle people.
A few colleagues push work onto others and shirk responsibility. The office has clearly defined cliques, and there are no established employee rules or guidelines.
The bonus system has no standards; the boss has the final say (bonuses are given according to their mood).
