The colleagues are all nice—it's the little things that make you happy.
1. Salary adjustment range—There are no clear rules; it depends on the department and on whether you know how to curry favor.
2. Learning opportunities—It's a one-person show, and new ideas aren't readily accepted.
3. Internal company politics are quite serious; even when you compete for resources, you still can't get them.
4. Aside from the Institutional Department, the other departments have very little structure.
5. Some departments have a dull atmosphere.
6. Overtime is extremely common in the Marketing Department (you have to stay at the company for things like seminar livestreams, but the company livestreams and holds seminars every day).
7. You can probably leave after working there for about a year.
8. Although it's supposedly a financial information company, generally speaking, employees' financial knowledge is lacking; everyone only looks at the short term.
