The boss is very nice and doesn't create pressure.

It's a startup company. After applying, the overall review process took several weeks, and they also required me to submit my own work. Basically, the boss doesn't really listen to what you say (your ideas and approach regarding the position). Whatever he wants to do, he will try to convince you that you should do it too. This position also involves adding this task, and your ideas won't get through. If you want to work independently and bring your own ideas to the job, then forget it! After waiting so long for a response to the application and being unable to express my creativity, I no longer had the enthusiasm to work hard and grow together with the new company.
