Some colleagues are nice
An extra half hour of break time
Cons
Some colleagues are extremely poor at managing their own emotions
Their mood can go from good one second to very bad the next
When they are in a bad mood, they speak to colleagues impatiently
Some colleagues form separate cliques
The overtime pay is unreasonable
Some types of leave are illogical
The company does not have a fixed process
