The HR staff were very friendly!

The interviewer was also very friendly and good at keeping the conversation going (but.....)

The interviewer was a secretary, and throughout the entire interview, all I heard was his own story about striving at the company.

As soon as I sat down, he told me that my qualifications were very extensive, but that we apparently didn't need someone with that much experience (then why did you ask me to come in for an interview?). In short, it was ridiculous!
