Interview position: International Business. Before the interview, there is a 40-minute aptitude test, including writing two emails in English that would be used in international business correspondence. The interviewers include the head of the business department and the deputy general manager. Both were friendly and explained the challenges involved in the position. Since the business department was established only five years ago and employees have an average of two years of experience, the company is reportedly in an active business expansion phase.
The starting salary should be around NT$38,000–40,000, and including bonuses, the average should be approximately NT$45,000.
If performance declines after three months, there will be a salary reduction.
