Pros
The standalone headquarters building in Taiwan is quite impressive… The salary is still fairly good… but now the job openings all say “according to company policy,” so that may not necessarily be the case…
Cons
You can imagine what the personnel practices are like in a family business… If they have professional managers someday, there might be more prospects for the future…
