Interview on 2018.5.3

At the beginning, they give you an intelligence test that even an elementary school student could easily finish. I don't understand the purpose. (10 questions in total)

During the interview, I got the feeling that they weren't really serious about recruiting. I asked for a salary of 33K, and the other party told me that the salary was calculated as "base salary + performance bonus."

When I asked about the bonus percentage, they wouldn't say.

When I asked how much the base salary was, they wouldn't tell me either. They only said that people in sales shouldn't focus on the base salary. Then they said the base salary wouldn't meet my expectations.

At that point in the interview, I just laughed and said I wasn't interested and didn't want to continue.

Overall, I finished the interview at this company in 20 minutes. Fortunately, I had interviews at three companies today; otherwise, taking time off specifically to interview only with this company would have been really frustrating.

It was a rather ridiculous interview experience, so I'm sharing it as a reference for everyone. It's fine to stop by and take a look if you're in the area, but there's no need to take time off specifically to interview with this company.
