Pride themselves on professionalism

Before the interview, I had a phone screening that lasted nearly 30 minutes. The interview was then scheduled for around 9:00, but although employees were supposed to start work at 9:00, I stood outside for more than ten minutes before someone opened the door. After going inside, I had to wait for the boss to arrive, almost another 30 minutes... I felt they had very little regard for punctuality... There was no overtime pay, and they repeatedly emphasized that the boss would work overtime alongside everyone...
