Are there any?
Low pay and lots of miscellaneous tasks.
Regardless of your position, you must always be able to deal with any demand from your supervisor.
The owner is European/American and is usually abroad, returning only for exhibitions or when there is something to handle.
The way the owner treats employees could be understood as “Taiwanese people toward foreign laborers” (draw your own conclusions about the good and bad aspects ^_^).
When the owner is not in Taiwan, the supervisor has unchecked authority over the company,
and everyone competes to curry favor with her.
If you want to take leave,
it is recommended that you do not request it around consecutive holidays (the supervisor will be unhappy).
Normally, it is best not to take leave even when you have nothing going on (the supervisor will be unhappy, although she has no problem taking leave herself).
If you really, really want to take time off, submit your request as early as possible (six months in advance is ideal).
It is the same company as Hang Lun, but whenever asked, they will flatly deny it.
