Pros
Experience sharing about Mingyao Dental Clinic
The interior environment is modern and clean, and the doctors and nurses are young.
Cons
Everyone evaluates one another each month, and only those with the highest scores can receive bonuses; if you’re not sufficiently ingratiating, you won’t get one.
The initial internship salary is 22K plus perfect-attendance pay, not the 27K listed in the recruitment posting.
It feels like they’re hiring very often.
