1. This company is quite fun, and working hours are very flexible and relaxed. Everyone gradually arrives at the office around 9–10 a.m., but some people have even more freedom and may not arrive until after 11 a.m. or even in the afternoon. It’s very enviable.

2. There is a snack allowance every month, as well as free drinks.

3. If you love the TV series Game of Thrones, you absolutely cannot miss this company. No VR experience or trip to the filming set is needed—you can watch demonstrations of the techniques of Daenerys, Cersei, Littlefinger, and Tyrion right here on-site.

4. For newcomers, the salary is actually quite good. Compared with 22K, it is a full 6K or more higher. Although the extent of raises is limited, in this merit-based society, everyone should learn to be content and appreciate their blessings.

5. The colleagues are super nice, and the supervisors are super nice too. Basically, they do not really monitor what you do during working hours, as long as you obediently get your work done. The tasks assigned are not too difficult either. But remember: just conscientiously complete your own work. Do not ask too many unnecessary questions or have too many innovative ideas, because the supervisors are all very kind and worry that you might fail and become discouraged, so they will not let you carry them out in the first place.

6. The company is conveniently located, and there are quite a few food streets nearby, so you never have to worry about having nothing to eat.

7. The supervisors like to paint grand pictures, but as the saying goes, looking at plums quenches thirst; looking at a pie can satisfy hunger. Even if you cannot eat it, looking at it can still fill you up.

8. Although there is no overtime pay, people actually do not work overtime very often. The office is usually empty by around 8 or 9 p.m. If you are unfortunately required to work overtime, remember to clock in and upload it to Instagram. You will receive silent bonus points; otherwise, if the CEO does not see it, your effort will have been in vain. At least make sure your hard work gets noticed.

9. All kinds of people work at the company, and their interests are very diverse. Some like Kaito Kid, while others like the group Aisa/Huai-Chiu. The most popular activity is playing the board game Avalon. No cards are needed—just clock in at 10 and start playing. You never have to worry about lacking company.

There are many advantages. These are roughly the ones that come to mind for now; I’ll add more later if I think of any.

Overall, it is a great place for newcomers to experience workplace life. There are both hardships and joys, and it is truly wonderful.
