The company’s senior managers are all very emotional. They only care about shouting about their own sales performance; even when sales targets are met, they don’t pay bonuses. They are extremely stingy with marketing, so you need to negotiate the terms clearly before joining, although those terms may still change. When the boss makes a mistake, they push the blame onto subordinates. The boss doesn’t even know what they are supposed to do, yet thinks the company can handle every kind of order, when in reality there are only one or two things it can actually do. If they take a dislike to you, they will try to force you to leave; if they can’t force you out, they will cut your salary. Truly awful.
