The other party explains the operational details of the industry, so you do learn a lot.
The other party is a planning company operating under a land development company.
When they called, they said they were recruiting under someone else’s company name. They spent more than ten minutes asking about my experience over the phone at the beginning,
then asked me to add them on LINE to schedule an interview. In the end, the interview was changed to Sunday at noon because they said they were urgently looking for someone.
This planning company is called “Ye Fang Zhi Ce Gong Wu Suo,” and the person in charge has the surname Ye. He uses his family’s land development company to post job openings.
The current address is an office borrowed from one of his friends. It is very cramped. The reason they want to hire another person is that he has hired two graphic designers and one copywriter, but no one handles planning (general miscellaneous work). However, he hopes the incoming planner will have hands-on experience with fan-page advertising.
(He admitted that if they hire another planner, everyone will have to squeeze into the break room to work for a while.)
Regardless of whether you have experience, please carefully consider whether you want to spend your time interviewing with this company.
