The afternoon is the busiest period. You need to handle shipping, phone calls, various accounting-related tasks, and other miscellaneous duties at the same time, as well as making deliveries and picking up goods.
There are only you and the boss in the company, so you are responsible for all errands outside the office.
The tasks you may be required to perform include:
Handling accounts, contacting customers, preparing quotations for customers, following up on customer payments, making deliveries, shipping online orders, conducting phone inquiries, picking up goods from the warehouse, maintaining the website, managing the company’s Facebook community, making in-store sales, providing customer telephone consultations, and handling miscellaneous tasks at the boss’s home.
