The colleagues are nice, but that's about it.
1. There is no overtime pay. During the interview, they said there would not be frequent overtime, but in reality, we work overtime every day, sometimes until 10 p.m....
2. The pay is extremely low, despite the huge workload. The person who interviews you is the boss's wife. After you are hired, if you accidentally offend her, your days there can easily become a matter of her nitpicking over every little thing.
3. Working here is like being a 7-Eleven employee—you have to know how to do everything because other colleagues often leave. Whenever someone resigns, the remaining employees have to take on their work, even if it is in a different field... The boss will only say, "Learn it; it will be good for your future..."
4. Very stingy!! It gets unbearably hot, but the air conditioning is always turned off during the lunch break. Work ends at six, but they turn off the air conditioning at five... In the morning, they wait until it is extremely hot before turning it on.
