The manager who was originally scheduled to interview me that day suddenly took leave, so I was interviewed by a middle-aged man who claimed to be the general manager. The interview process was extremely uncomfortable. He judged my appearance and looks as an indication of my work ability, pressed me about the reason I left my previous company, and continued to make things difficult even after I explained the reason. He repeatedly bragged about having built his career from scratch. For no apparent reason, he wanted me to speak with him in English, even though English was not needed for the job, apparently just to brag about being an English teacher. He said that riding a bicycle from Zhuwei to Yongchun Station was very close and would not cost much in gas or take much time. He kept bringing up topics unrelated to the job, and the conversation had no logic at all. I was basically listening to his personal life story while he belittled me as he spoke. This is my firsthand experience, with absolutely nothing fabricated.

Conclusion: Don’t waste your time interviewing here. They clearly have no intention of hiring employees; perhaps they just want to find people who need work to kill time with.
